Triple Cherry, a video slots provider company, is looking for an Account Manager to act as a support to the company’s customers by helping to maximize the potential of their operation, looking at KPIs and game performance. You will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns and promotions in order to improve results for both customers and the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering sales targets
• Development of action plan to achieve targets
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Follow up and support existing customers
• Track KPI’s for each client
• Collaborate with our sales colleagues to ensure that their instructions are understood, prioritized and planned efficiently, effectively and appropriate to the scale of potential output

Requirements:

• Account Management experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent management and stakeholder communication skills
• Knowledge of the betting industry
• Good understanding of technology (desirable)
