Senior Business Development Manager
Triple Cherry is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and managing existing clients. Reporting to the CEO, the role will have responsibility for helping maintain key relationships and communicating on performance while helping within other areas of the team and business where required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve existing relationships with clients helping to identify ways to improve results
- Develop and implement business plans to meet the company’s commercial objectives
- Provide business insights and requirements for product development team to continuously improve the product
- Work closely with internal teams to design, adjust and review operational processes to meet the demand
- Provide relevant reports to the team and stakeholders
- Track and monitor activity on accounts
- Pulling reports through the PowerBI to help guide data driven decisions
Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management of international customers in the Online Gaming industry
- Excellent English level (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Spanish (not essential, desirable)
- Previous sales experience – an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience working in or with CRM
- High business and service orientation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail oriented
